The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.

The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.

The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.

The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.

The Enterprise Complaints Management Office is actively searching for a qualified candidate to join the Content Management team responsible for publishing procedures, customer facing correspondence and learning materials for the ECMO case workers.

This position will be responsible for compliance, maintenance, and routines of end to end procedure management processes and contribute to the strategy for the target state design and will partner and collaborate with content writer to achieve results.

Publisher partners with LOB subject matter experts to understand business and audience needs.

Performs all or a combination of the following activities:

• Creates, edits and formats moderately complex to complex internal manuals, materials, and/or other documentation related procedures/policies.

• Edits, reformats, and publishes moderately complex web content in accordance WF standards/branding.

• Reviews changes to business operations for potential impact to other documentation or resources.

• May review regulatory changes or partner with regulatory change agents to proactively identify required updates.

• May obtain appropriate approvals from management and governance teams (ORM, RECOR, Legal) and may facilitate certification process.

• Maintain document library or repository.

• Provides guidance to less experienced team members.

• Perform quality reviews and assists others to resolve process gaps, providing input and suggestions based on observations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of procedure writing experience, business process improvement experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint, Learning 2.0, Open Text or other content management/publishing platforms

  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques

  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

  • Experience researching, developing, writing, and editing operational procedures and documents

  • Experience using and maintaining corporate brand standards

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

AZ-Chandler: Min: $51,100 Mid: $71,000 Max: $90,900

IA-West Des Moines: Min: $51,100 Mid: $71,000 Max: $90,900

NC-Charlotte: Min: $51,100 Mid: $71,000 Max: $90,900

MN-Saint Louis Park: Min: $51,100 Mid: $71,000 Max: $90,900
