How you will make an impact

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements - No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Microsoft Office knowledge required

  • Proven computer skills

  • Command of Financial Services

  • Practical knowledge of communication

  • University Degree experience

  • University Degree experience preferred

  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

  • Adeptness in Call Center Customer Service

  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service

  • General familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites

  • Strong familiarity with Annuities

  • Written Communication experience highly preferred

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
