Marketing Associate

Are you a planning, communication, and customer service expert? We are looking for a Marketing Associate for our client in the Wealth Management Industry. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting Financal Advisors and or Executive level personnel with meetings, agendas, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment who is tech savvy and a great commuicator!

Responsibilities

-Primary Responsibility is to be the main scheduler for Financial Adivsor

-Networking using social media and other media outlets to interact potential clients

-Able to use phone systems to communicate with propspects

-Comfortable using a CRM database

-Will document contact with potential clients and prospects

-Must be task oriented and recognizing filling the schedule is #1 priority
