Requirements: - A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Comprehensive knowledge of customer service - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience - Experience with Microsoft Excel - Deep understanding of Microsoft Word - Proven knowledge of Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph - Knowledge of composing various kinds of correspondence - Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired - Excellent verbal, written, and social skills - Strong customer service and office administrative skills - Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment - Strong problem-solving skills If you derive detail oriented and personal satisfaction from the expert application of customer service on a case-by-case basis, we want to hear from you.
