Warehouse Associate All Shifts

We are currently looking for General Warehouse Associates to join our team in West Branch, IA. We can place you in an incredible team environment and an upbeat culture in return for your hard work. Randstad is offering a $300 sign on bonus and additional bonuses for consistent weekly attendance! Opportunity to earn a $500 sign on bonus when hired with the CLIENT! Available shifts:

  • 1st Shift: Mon – Fri 6:30am-3pm

  • 2nd Shift: Mon – Fri 3pm-11:30pm

  • 3rd Shift: Sun – Thur 10:30pm-7am

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload material to and from trucks within a warehouse or storage facility

  • Use hand truck, hoist, conveyor, or other handling equipment to move material

  • Picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, or other duties as assigned

  • Ensure packaging, routing, and system documentation is completed accurately and timely

The essential functions of this role include:

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • working in a non-temperature controlled environment

  • standing for 8 hours at one time

  • working weekends
