WATERLOO Warehouse Equipment Operator (2nd/3rd Shift Hours), Waterloo, IA

We are hiring at our Waterloo Distribution Center and looking for Experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for 2nd Shift (M-F: 3:00pm-11:30pm) or 3rd Shift (M-F 11pm- 7:30am) PLUS OVERTIME

*Sign on Bonus of $1000.00 after 90 days of Employment**

*Associate REFERRAL BONUS of $1000 after 90 days of Employment**

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours

  • Powered material handling equipment experience required

  • Drive to excel in fast-paced environment

  • Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift order picker (cherry picker), reach trucks, or dock stockers

  • Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned location

  • Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner

  • Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments

  • Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times

  • Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units/ headsets / scanners

  • Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas

  • Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet

  • Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management

  • Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
