Responsibilities

Responsibilities include consistently maintaining workflow while safely locating and relocating files. You will be working independently but may on occasion assist a team to tackle projects, assignments, and daily tasks. Attention to detail is key. An ideal candidate must be willing to take on additional responsibilities other than that which are initially assigned, e.g. team player.

• Position is working in a vault filing documents, pulling files, making copies, completing inventories, and shifting files.

• Prepping and scanning documents.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
