Manages, facilitates and implements process improvement projects within a single process or a limited number of processes which are moderately complex and not limited in scope, depth, problem solving and degree of skill required. Work and decisions may be reviewed and guided by more experienced Process Professionals.
Applies process methodologies, tools and measurement systems including IMPACT, six sigma, change management tools, financial analysis and decision tools to achieve business results. Applies basic data tools to analyze problems for improving the identified processes. Provides knowledge of business processes, rules and practices. Facilitates the definition, clarification and documentation of such, in support of tactical and strategic business plans and in alignment with continuous improvement efforts. Leads project teams toward definition and implementation of new process/solution. Exhibits strong organizational, communication and documentation skills. Works with the project team leader and others to ensure objectives of improvement teams are met. Documents and reports team efforts and progress and validates that team results endure after project closure. Solves problems through analysis of issues and evaluation of alternative solutions.
As a Process Pro II, you will be responsible for assisting client Team to define and/or improve processes and tools used to support and enhance the Product Delivery Process experience for all users. This will be accomplished by working on multiple projects simultaneously with various levels of ownership and collaboration between various departments.
Manage, lead and facilitate low to medium complexity projects through the definition, development and implementation of process improvements as the business needs. se decision and analysis tools to support project goals and meet expectations for timing, resource, and financial impact. Data gathering and analysis for multiple on-going and new projects. Providing guidance and assistance to global resources as required to meet Process Pro project initiatives as well as various other departments’ needs. Assist Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering departments with system process and functionality requests as they arise. Develop training documentation, where applicable to project initiatives, to drive consistency in processes within multiple departments.
4 year degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field 2 years experience using multi-system processes consisting of information flow Demonstrated strong organizational, communication and documentation skills Exhibits strong leadership skills and works well with others Project or process management experience a plus Advanced MS Office/Excel knowledge a plus
