Title: Part-Time Student-Administrative Product Engineering-Waterloo IA - 70429
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.
Note: With COVID-19, the job can be done remotely for the present time subject to the manager’s direction and timeframe. Longer term, the position will be located onsite at the facility.
Maintains various reports to assist with reconciliation and/or to assist with correcting errors.
Produces a variety of correspondence and reports in support of department processes.
Enters data into appropriate spreadsheets and databases and prepares reports as directed.
Performs analysis of basic or intermediate nature on information received and researches or resolves discrepancies following prescribed procedures.
Updates and maintains databases, systems applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.
What Skills You Need
Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Business Administration; others may apply
Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university (Hawkeye, UNI, Wartburg, etc)
If currently attending a community college must plan to pursue a 4-year degree
Graduation date of 2023 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
16-20 hours/week during the academic year
35-40 hours/week during the summer semester
