Position Summary

As a Lube Truck Driver & Warehouse laborer, you will be responsible for the preparation, organization, and delivery of our bulk and packaged lubricant products and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) products located at our warehouse in Vinton, IA. Delivery to our customer base includes the territories of Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, safety-oriented, and has good customer service skills. This is a full-time position, working approximately 8-12 hours/day depending on daily route demands. Other Warehouse responsibilities include:

  • Building orders to meet customer needs

  • Receiving inbound product

  • Repackaging of product into various package sizes

  • Loading trucks for next day delivery

  • Warehouse organization and cleanliness

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Class B CDL license and Hazmat endorsement are required; Class A CDL license and Tanker endorsement is a plus

  • Must be physically fit for the job and have a clean driving record, along with the ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening

  • Apply mathematic and problem-solving skills whenever necessary

  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers

  • Prior experience with equipment operation including tanker, dry van, and stationary unloading equipment is preferred

  • Forklift/Pallet Jack experience is a plus
