Brokers International Summer Internship in Urbandale, Iowa

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate college students to join our Brokers International Summer Internship program! We have room for 6 individuals, with a range of different business-related fields (Human Resources, IT, Sales, Event Planning, and Financial Services) to join our paid Summer Internship Program. Be sure to communicate which area you would like to focus.

To be selected as a candidate, you must have completed your Junior year or are currently a Graduating Senior, and are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a Business-Related field. If you have a go-getter attitude, are an effective communicator, have a constant desire to learn, and have a strong affinity for creating an excellent customer service experience, come be a part of the journey to accelerated growth and success!

Job Responsibilities

  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

  • Collaborates with various divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.

  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.

  • Research and gather documentation – data collection and entry

  • Provide suggestions for improving customer service and internal processes.

  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal systems.

  • Assists in creating or reviewing various reports, documents, and forms

  • Attend company functions and networking events

  • Shadow additional office positions and complete a variety of tasks
