Call client and check to ensure that appropriate needs were met based customers' feedback. Keep detailed records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Resolve customers' service or billing complaints. Complete all necessary forms, prepare change of address records, using customers computer system. Bachelor degree and ability to speak Italian preferred.
