Job Description Job Number: R0023328Commercial Life Sciences Account ManagerKey Role:Orchestrate, develop, and lead account management efforts that result in managing, maintaining, and growing key customer accounts in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets. Lead account teams through the entire client engagement lifecycle, including relationship building, creating, driving a client marketing plan, and acting as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor. Act as a subject matter expert and play a significant role in opportunity shaping and lead proposal development efforts and the delivery and execution oversight of Cyber-focused engagements that generate tangible customer value, growth, and increased revenue. Work closely with the EVP for industry accounts, VP of Health and Life Sciences, fellow account leaders, account managers, and account teams in a highly collaborative environment. Provide strategic direction to the account teams as the holistic owner of key customer relationships and be responsible and accountable for the maturing and growth of the overall account.Basic Qualifications:-10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, including leadership roles for Cybersecurity programs or commercial account management-5+ years of experience with closing business deals focused on full life-cycle project-based strategy, technology, and management consulting solutions in the commercial or private sector markets-5+ years of experience with leveraging complex sales tools, including CRM, contact management, opportunity tracking, and lead management to compress sales and relationship development cycles-Experience with successfully closing business deals focused on full life-cycle project-based strategy, technology, and management consulting solutions in the commercial or private sector markets-Experience with leading account teams through the entire client engagement process, including relationship building, internal capability marketing, opportunity shaping, and delivery and execution oversight-Experience with initiating and sustaining excellent customer relationships with major commercial clients or pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry leaders-Ability to operate in a technology firm within the professional services space-Ability to travel 100% of the time-BA or BS degreeAdditional Qualifications:-Experience with working in the Cybersecurity field, including its concepts and trends-Experience in a similar role, including a large system integrator or management consultancy for commercial market selling complex capabilities-Experience in working with all source intelligence analysis services, tradecraft, and technical services a plus-Ability to show meaningful engagement in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology or Cybersecurity industries-Ability to grasp cross-functional subject matter, including people, process, and technology aspects of change across multiple business units-Ability to be a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment-Ability to be effective in a collaborative, team-oriented environment-Possession of excellent business consulting skills-Possession of excellent listening and oral and written communication skills-MBA or MS degreeWe're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status-to fearlessly drive change.We are proud of our diverse environment.
