Job description:

· Lead all sales activities to increase market share with our Customers and our distributors in the assigned area.

· Create and maintain excellent Customer and Distributor relationships.

· Direct assigned Distributors for sales growth with our Customers.

· Support and guide assigned Distributors with our products, machine knowledge, and strategy deployment at focused Customers.

· Continuously develop and share knowledge of our Customers’ technical and commercial needs using our online tools.

· Engage and support sales activities with our Customer planning, product, application, service, R&D, and manufacturing teams.

· Lead our Sales Project efforts with our product and application groups in providing solutions for our Customers.

· Represent Bosch Rexroth in a professional, respectable manner, with proper conduct and personal appearance.

· Team-oriented value selling supporting the Bosch Rexroth matrix organization as it applies to the mobile organization.

· Investigate customer complaints and make recommendations with the team for resolution.

· Maintain detailed knowledge of our Customers’ business and market to enable our success factors to support the organization’s strategic business planning

Nature and Scope:

· The position is responsible to lead our sales efforts in Iowa and Nebraska promoting and providing our commercial and technical solutions to our Customers for our profitable business growth.


· Bachelor of Science degree in an electrical, mechanical or fluid power discipline or equivalent education and/or experience.

· 4+ years recent experience in a Sales and Account Management in the mobile hydraulic industry.

· Technical experience with open and closed-loop hydrostatic drive technology

· Must have direct OEM sales experience.

· Strategic planning, communication, account management/sales and management skills are required.

· Understanding the systems approach for Mobile Machinery: Hydraulics, Electronics, IoT and applications.

· Team-oriented management skills to effectively promote the sales of our entire Product Portfolio.
