Job Position: Apartment Leasing Agent

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr| DOE

Job Summary:

Mon-Fri| 8:30AM- 5:00PM

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Apartment Leasing Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents, showcasing the property, and assisting with the leasing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an exceptional leasing experience.

As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with a diverse group of potential residents. You will be responsible for conducting tours of the property, answering inquiries, and assisting with the application process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the leasing office, ensuring all promotional materials are up to date, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours for potential residents and highlight the features and amenities of the community.

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about the property.

  • Assist with the leasing process, including preparing and completing lease agreements, collecting application fees, and performing background checks.

  • Follow-up with prospective residents to answer any additional questions and provide further information as needed.

  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all leasing activities are executed effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the local real estate market and competitors, regularly conducting market surveys.

  • Update and maintain accurate records of leasing activities, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and filed appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
