Description:
We are currently seeking talented and hardworking individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians. As a Mitigation Technician, you will play a crucial role in our company's mission to minimize and eliminate risks in various environments. You will be cleaning and restoring commercial and residential. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to make a real difference in people's lives and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide disaster mitigation services with empathy and urgency
Perform tasks such as water mitigation, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning
Maintain clean, organized equipment and truck
Participate in on-call schedule as required
Support team members and show leadership when needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Effective communication skills
Dependable transportation and smartphone
Physically fit, able to climb ladders and lift 75 pounds
Positive attitude and dedication to customer service
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Willingness to work nights/weekends and overtime
