As a Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller), you are the Bankis front-line ambassador in delivering stellar customer service. CSRis are a critical role for the Bank and represent our brand. Successful CSRis have a calm confidence, yet are outgoing and engaging. The ideal candidate for this position has a head for numbers, great organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. CSRis process large sums of money and multiple transactions per hour, so itis imperative they work accurately, quickly, and with a smile. Our CSRis develop lasting relationships with our customers and promote other bank services and products through referrals. Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months cash handling or customer service experience. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers while using a pleasant tone. Meticulous attention to detail required. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, integrity, and honesty. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Handle customer transactions in a pleasant, efficient and professional manner. Makes referrals on other services to meet specific customer needs. Must accurately handle transactions and balance daily.
