Landus Cooperative is looking for someone who will provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customeris needs and demonstrating technical competence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. i Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting or directing customers to the appropriate areas to meet their needs.i Provide prompt and thorough attention to orders received by telephone or direct customer contact.i Prepare accurate/timely invoices; assure equitable calculation of products/services provided.i Perform operations for incoming/outgoing scale traffic in accordance to established procedures. (weighing, sampling, grading and ticketing)i Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized. Update the market board as needed.i Develop ongoing general awareness of Landus Cooperativeis products/services and be able to communicate information to customers.i Adhere to Landus Cooperativeis safety policies and procedures.i Champion of safety compliance throughout organization.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must have a valid driveris license.
