- 1st Shift: $19.89 per Hour
- 2nd Shift: $21.89 per Hour
- 3rd Shift: $20.89 per Hour + Daily Bonus Hour

We are hiring on all shifts. This is a great opportunity to join our growing team as a Cascade employee from day one. Assemblers are responsible for building wood trusses/light gauge steel trusses/wall panels according to customer specifications.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in manufacturing and/or construction setting
- Self motivated individual who enjoys a fast paced work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to read a tape measure or desire to learn
- Proven work history and attendance record
Full-time positions offer the following benefits:
