Job Summary:
This position involves assisting the grounds supervisor and maintenance department in maintaining the grounds of the IHCC Campus.

Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous relevant experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Performed:
Operate and maintain various types of equipment including mowers, tractors, weedeaters, chainsaws, tillers, etc.
Mow and perform general labor, may include lifting up to 50 lbs. or more.
Maintain landscape areas by mulching, pruning, planting, and weeding.
Keep grounds free of litter and debris.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance
Perform duties in accordance with OSHA regulations.
Other duties as may be assigned.

Hours are based on need – anticipated 6 hrs/day, Monday-Thursday
