FOX RIVER MILLS LLC Customer Service Representative in OSAGE, Iowa
Works as a key contact person responsible for handling all internal and external customer support. Become familiar with: the branded and unbranded line (by category, style, color, and size), pricing, color numbers and descriptions, terms of sale, the discount structure, commissions, all off-priced goods, sales representatives and their territories, Regional Sales Managers, query procedures, Fox River standards, and order entry procedures. Keep accurate records and be able to retrieve information upon request. Answer questions from customers, consumers, and Fox River sales force. Reviewing complaints from customers, consumers, and Fox River sales force for the purpose of defining and or solving the actual problem. Research orders and invoices for customers and sales representatives over the telephone. This includes: finding PO numbers, checking shipping status, prices, tracking the order, checking terms, and sales history. Must be able to use multiple screens effectively and timely. Build and maintain customer master files, customer notes, and customer ship to files.Other duties may be assigned.
