Please call (641) 394-3188 if you need assistance completing this application.$17.00 per hour starting wage rate plus $2.00 per hour Shift Premium.First wage increase at 6 months.$500.00 sign on bonus / $500.00 bonus upon successful completion of 6-month evaluation period.iJob ObjectiveiTo locate and stage inventory as required for production packets; to increase production flow/time and inventory accuracy.iDuties and Responsibilitiesi1.When staging production packets, the summary availability screen must be kept current, be sure to perform all computer transfers when moving parts from a location in the warehouse to the staged area of assembly.i2.Staging has total control over what inventory is used and must make sure that old inventory is used first. FIFO system should be practiced.i3.Keep track of lot numbers as they are to be used for traceability purposes.i4.Advance job status after parts are staged alerting PandIC and assembly that the job is staged and also to assist the cycle counts of inventory.i5.Ensure cell area component part inventory is ample to allow complete run of staged job.i6.Return unused inventory not required by the assembly production packet to the proper area ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.i7.Return emptied tubs to proper storage area to keep staging area neat and orderly.i8.Aide in the locating and identifying of parts when parts are lost or misplaced.i9.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.i10.Maintains work areas in a cleared and orderly condition.i11.Maintains a good work attendance.i12.This position supports the continual improvement and compliance of QMS and EMS.i13.Responsible to perform his or her job functions in a manner that supports TriMark's mission, vision and values in order for the company to attain its strategic and growth goals.iSkills, Abilities, and Experience RequirediAbility to work accurately in performing mathematical calculations converting weights to piece counts.iAbility to recognize parts and their corresponding part numbers.iKnowledge of the warehousing system to readily locate parts in a minimum of time.iSkill in operating various scales in the prescribed manner.iSkill in operating forklift in a safe and approved manner.iKnowledge and skill in using the company wide computer system.iKnowledge of the location of the various production stations where parts are being used and the appropriate production state of each part.iJudgment RequirediTo determine location of parts in a minimum of time.iTo determine the stage of work-in-process for various parts and subassemblies.iCore CompetenciesiiStage production packets component parts for required production areas as prepared by PIC production job.iEnsuring correct components are staged for each job thus eliminating the chance of scrap/obsolete/excess inventory being produced.iiKnowledge of the parts numbering system, inventory control procedures and the various operations and departments which produce or modify parts.iiAbility to communicate and work comfortably with other departments throughout the plant.iiKnowledge of warehousing system to readily locate parts in a minimum amount of time in order to keep downtime at a minimum.iWorking ConditionsiiMust be available to work overtime and weekends as required to meet the companyis business demands.iGeneral conditions are good with an insignificant exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals or other irritants.iThe work area is dry with normal temperatures for the season.iThe noise level is 80 to 90 DB.iUniform safety practices consist of safety shoes, safety glasses, and other devices as required.iThis area requires normal or corrected vision, normal depth perception and peripheral vision of 180 degrees and no color deficiency.iHearing protection is not required but is available.iiPhysical EffortiiBending -Floor levelStooping -NoneSquatting -IntermittentlyTwisting -20 degreesTurning -90 degreesReaching -Full reachLifting -75#Pushing/Pulling -100#Stan
