Job Summary:

Responsible for researching, planning, coordinating and executing marketing communication activities designed to reach targeted markets, clients and contacts aligned with company strategies and initiatives.


  • Maintain, schedule and coordinate multiple marketing functions simultaneously with minimal supervision

  • Work comprehensively, in a team setting, to identify marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, goals and measurable results in accordance with the desires set by company management and market leaders

  • Assist in the development and deployment of external and internal marketing communications strategies

  • Create and maintain marketing collateral materials for business development efforts

  • Edit, proof and publish a wide variety of Corporate- and project-related content

  • Develop content and material in support of website and social media campaigns and strategies

  • Coordinate and communicate clearly with public relations, website/social media, database, design and production professionals

  • Assist in production of trade show display materials

  • Manage marketing and logistics efforts associated with industry trade shows and conferences

  • Researching, planning, coordinating and executing activities such as:

  • Advertising

  • Trade Shows

  • Career Fairs

  • Awards

  • Branding

  • Brochures

  • Direct & Electronic Mail

  • Memberships

  • Sponsorships

  • Presentations & White Papers

  • Videos

  • Website & Social Media

  • Marketing Campaigns


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or similar field

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business-to-business marketing and/or event planning

  • Experience developing and deploying digital communications strategies

  • A creative eye and the ability to efficiently generate graphics

  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop software, experience with Deltek Vision preferred

  • Self-motivation and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under tight constraints

  • Proven experience collaborating with staff at all organizational levels
