As the Quality Supervisor you'll have the opportunity to develop, refine, and lead the quality efforts within the facility in collaboration with the leadership team, department resources and manufacturing teams at large. This is an exempt day shift position.Education and ExperienceBS/BA degree in quality, engineering, or related field, preferredMinimum 3 years related manufacturing experience, preferredStructural steel fabrication experience preferredCWI certification, preferredStrong technical and mechanical acumenAdvanced communication skills (including effective customer communications/presentations)Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies, certification a plusProject management, Continuous Improvement methodology, root cause analysis, value stream mapping.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrategic Thinking: Understand, develop and implement the Cornerstone strategic vision.Personal Effectiveness: Apply personal strengths and seek opportunities for development.
