Title: Loan Review Analyst - 43225
As a Loan Review Analyst for John Deere Financial in Johnston, IA, you will review/test small, large, and complex credits/portfolios domestically and internationally, assess the quality of underwriting and credit decisions, assess the validity of assigned risk ratings, evaluate credit documentation against risks/established policies/regulatory requirements, document findings in a professionally written report and deliver findings verbally to business unit managers/directors/VPs. In addition, you will:
Spend a considerable amount of time reviewing the underwriting of larger transactions as well as transactions that are deemed to possess increased risk to the organization, and work with the business units to improve the quality of the underwriting (this will include presenting during business unit employee meetings and to senior business unit management).
Be responsible for leading and being directly involved in periodic target reviews.

What Skills You Need
2 or more years of experience with financial statements, cash flow, and key financial ratio
2 or more years of credit evaluation skills and experience
2 or more years of experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or equivalent
2 or more years of experience with credit policies
2 or more years of experience with credit / legal documentation
2 or more years of well-developed written and verbal communication skills
2 or more years of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential
Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10%
What Makes You Stand Out
2 or more years of credit underwriting experience
Experience with credit operations, finance programs, dealer agreements and dealer reserve procedures
Experience in a loan review capacity
Education (or equivalent work experience)
- Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management discipline or in an Accounting/Finance discipline
