RoleSummary

Will work closely with the IT leadership, internal teams, business/functions and our vendors to manage the supply chain and manufacturing application portfolio for Corteva Agriscience™. Will have responsibility for managing IT service providers, and third-party contractors responsible for day-to-day operations of the supply chain and manufacturing Application portfolio. Will be responsible for service delivery of Supply Chain and Manufacturing portfolio across global applications.

KeyResponsibilities & Accountabilities:

Responsibilities

  • Managethe service delivery of the supply chain and manufacturing applicationsportfolio.

  • Theportfolio may include other related applications as well.

  • EstablishManaged Services model for application support for the global supply chain andmanufacturing application portfolio.

  • Provideleadership, coaching and direction to a team of highly skilled globalworkforce.

  • Inaddition, hire and train staff, both employees and contingent workers globally.

  • Incorporateoperational excellence standards into daily operations to continually improveperformance & availability.

  • Responsiblefor integrated incident, change and problem management.

  • Responsiblefor communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholdersimpacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes,and/or reductions in service.

  • Developapplication-related change and release management plans in partnership withEnterprise Platforms & Applications teams.

  • Planand coordinate environment Changes in the application environment.

  • Partnerwith IT stakeholders, end-to-end service integration team and external vendors,as needed, to plan and drive implementation of change requests impacting theportfolio.

  • Maintainproduction environments including installation/deployment of operating systemupdates, security patches, configuration changes, and application updates.

  • Validateand ensure all software components have enough license entitlements andmaintenance contracts in place, as required for the application.

  • Identifyand implement service improvements and process improvements.

  • Ensurethe audit requirements and processes are followed strictly and represent theapplication, if selected for audit.

  • Implementand monitor controls defined by the internal control’s standards manual.

  • Responsiblefor disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

  • Responsiblefor 24x7 365 application availability.

  • Responsiblefor application life-cycle management in collaborating with the EnterprisePlatforms group and the Enterprise architects for large upgrades, Appdecommissioning etc.

  • Lead/Managethe transition from projects to production support team.

  • Timelyinvestigation and resolution of Application issues through coordination withUser Support teams.

TechnicalCompetencies

  • Extensiveknowledge of enterprise applications and the supported business processes.

  • Abilityto learn and up skill on new technologies, processes and applications.

  • Understandingof ITIL processes.

  • Detailedunderstanding of Overall Supply Chain processes and Planning Concept.

  • StrongKnowledge of SAP IBP, SCM 7.0 and APO (DP/SNP/GATP/PPDS)

  • SCMAPO Integration with various logistic modules and their E2E data flow.

  • Knowledgeon implementation & support of SAP APO.

  • DemandPlanning, Planning Areas & Books, Exception processing.

  • SNPPlanning Process and Master Data Integration.

  • SAPManufacturing Process Overview.

  • StrongKnowledge of SAP IBP, SCM 7.0 and APO (DP/SNP/GATP/PPDS)

  • SCMAPO Integration with various logistic modules and their E2E data flow.

  • SAPManufacturing Process & Configuration overview.

  • Strongexperience in IT application support.

Experience& Education Required

  • Overall8+ years of experience with at least 6-8 years of relevant functionalconfiguration experience with specialization in SCM, MM, SD processes esp.planning processes.

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

  • Managementdegree from a Top Tier MBA institute will be an advantage.
