Description

Corteva Agriscience is looking for an experienced Digital Engagement Leader to lead the evolution and execution of our digital engagement efforts for Pioneer and Crop Protection. You will lead the establishment and growth of our digital presence and community. You will own the strategy, creation, implementation, and tracking/measurement of a holistic digital communication plan across social media platforms, search, and digital media working closely with teammates across email, web, and mobile to deliver a multi-channel effort.

Responsibilities:

How will you help us grow? It matters to us, and it matters to you!

  • Oversee the digital execution of engagement strategies with measurable goals, that incorporate a full spectrum of tools and tactics (customer engagement, content marketing, Search Engine Optimization & Management, social media, display and digital advertising, content syndication, paid amplification, email marketing, influencer engagement).

  • Work with other leaders across the US Digital CoE (email, web, content, analytics) to provide a customer-centric experience that delivers business results.

  • Work closely with the Pioneer and Crop Protection MarComm team, product marketing, sales, PR, and agronomy teams to identify critical engagement strategies for our brands, products, and online community.

  • Actively drive awareness, engagement, and a two-way conversation between Corteva and our customers constantly advocating for innovation.

  • Curate and cultivate our online relationships within the industry, including Influencers, Farmers, Associations, Retailers and other key stakeholders.

  • Lead the evaluation of all digital media plans with MarComm managers and agency partners to ensure the proper digital spend and channel mix.

  • Own and drive key metrics and tracking to evaluate, optimize, and report out digital media campaign results working closely with our Marketing Analytics Manager.

  • Evaluate new tools and technology to drive effectiveness across key channels (Social, SEM, SEO, paid media, etc.)

  • Set best practices, create playbooks, monitor industry trends, share thought leadership and foster learnings across teams.

  • Manage our engagement team including Social Media Manager and SEO/SEM Manager.

  • Lead the digital command center to put insights into action, advocate cross-collaboration, and deliver best in class execution.

Qualifications

Requirements:

What expertise have you grown? What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field

  • 8+ years experience in digital marketing execution

  • 3+ years as a people leader

  • Effective communication skills including presentation skills

  • Knowledge of DMP, Programmatic, Social Ads, Search

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time

  • Creative thinker, self-starter, ability to take initiative, be proactive, and work independently

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actionable recommendations is required

  • Knowledge of components needed to create successful digital communications and engagement campaigns with measurable results across paid digital touchpoints, including social, search, display, and influencers

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment where a high degree of collaboration is needed
