OfficeTeam is currently searching for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative that is Fluent in French and English. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. This position will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This long-term temporary Customer Service Representative position in Johnston, Iowa could be perfect for you!

Your responsibilities

  • Receive and send written business correspondence in both French and English

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion in both French and English


-Must be bilingual in French

  • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

  • achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Earlier work involving Microsoft Outlook

  • Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Deep understanding of Call Center Customer Service

  • General familiarity with Leasing Consultant

  • Communication experience highly desired

  • Solid understanding of HS Diploma

  • Expertise in customer service

  • Well-founded grasp of Basic Math Skills

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft

  • Quality experience with Microsoft Word

  • Foundational knowledge in Financial Institutions

  • Proven knowledge of Written Communication

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
