Director, Commercial Card Sales Leader

Drive, manage, and execute delivery of a Commercial Card Sales acquisition plan for new clients Nationally outside of FNBO’s footprint. This role will work to build market share and presence of FNBO in new markets to the bank. Build productive and engaged relationships with appropriate Partners and internal support areas to maximize results for mid to large commercial Credit Card sales. The role is responsible for recruiting and hiring of all sales professionals, along with training, leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue goals. The sales professionals will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building extensive pipeline in a national scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to develop and lead the successful execution of new commercial credit card acquisition strategy.

  • Ensure sustainable and profitable growth of the Commercial Card Business sales strategy outside of footprint, in shadow footprints, and in alignment with defined Business Unit Goals and Objectives.

  • Responsible for building new customer relationships with FNB’s commercial card payments products.

  • Design and implement sales strategies to ensure the company meets its revenue objective.

  • Accountable for the hiring, training, and ongoing performance of commercial card payment sales professionals.

  • Conduct sales lead generation through internal/external referral process, outbound marketing, and industry networking events.

  • Manage multiple phases of sales cycle, including initial contact, identification of client needs, presentations/product demos, negotiation, and see through to implementation.

  • Develops, manages and maintains relationships with FNB’s Treasury and Lending teams within their location to help cross sell other Treasury and Banking products.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of commercial card sales experience

  • Commercial Credit Card experience and/or Payment Solution experience required

  • 5+ years managing a sales team/organization

  • Experience leading sales professionals in a financial institution preferred

  • Strong Communication Skills required

  • Sales Acumen required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Treasury Services knowledge preferred

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $109,734.00-$175,574.00

IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Omaha - FN Tower

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
