Job Profile:

  • Using forklifts, stand up reach trucks, or other powered industrial equipment to place raw material in designated warehouse locations once received by Receiving Clerk.

  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures to maintain FIFO environment, shipping efficiency and ensures successful daily flow of parts and finished good

  • Execute WMS replenishment tasks to ensure material availability in supermarkets.

  • Backflush (report) materials manufactured by production into ERP system.

  • Place finished goods in designated locations in warehouse once manufactured by production.

  • Stock shelves in Shipping with finished product to increase shipping efficiency.

  • Stock the assembly lines and racks in the packaging/assembly area as well as the machine shop with raw material to aid in production.

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

  • Utilize material handling equipment.

  • Follow warehouse and inventory rules

  • Handle all material in such a way to maintain a FIFO environment.

  • Unload container size shipments of material into Kreg facilities.

  • Monitor scrap and remove as needed.

  • Aid in Cycle Counting processes when required.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, well labeled warehouses.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum High School diploma/equivalent required.

  • Ability to frequently lift, move, carry and manipulate loads up to 35lb.

  • Ability to infrequently lift, move, carry and manipulate loads up to 70lb.

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing principals and techniques preferred.

  • Basic computer skills including the use of MS Office.

  • Forklift operating experience preferred.
