Coordinate, implement and supervise all self-performed work.Responsible for dismantling, erecting, assembling, aligning, adjusting, and/or maintaining machinery and equipment according to installation manuals, work instructions, layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings.SUMMARY OF EXPECTED OUTCOME(S)High quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior.Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals, and accountabilities of the position.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)A. Accountabilities 1. Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures 2. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel 3. Involved in schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job 4. Analyze and resolve work problems 5. Ensure crew timecards are filled out and turned in 6. May make cost estimates for contracts 7. May operate machinery 8. All other duties as assignedB.
