GNB Bank Loan Operations Supervisor in Grundy Center, Iowa
Loan Operations Supervisor ensures the loan operations process provides effective, accurate and efficient workflow for loans. Direct supervision of loan support staff, overseeing daily operations of loan support function, and develop and implement processes and procedures to improve regulatory compliance. Research new and upcoming regulations for compliance within an evolving regulatory framework. Acquire and develop in-depth working knowledge of loan operations in order to manage, train, educate and motivate loan support staff. Oversee loan documentation process, while having knowledge of loan documents needed for proper documentation of credit files. Provides supervision of direct reports by assigning and directing work assignments, preparing a schedule that provides appropriate coverage, and conducting performance reviews. Leads and trains new and existing staff on the technical aspects of loan documentation, compliance, programs, and procedures. Ensure timely and accurate response to lender needs. Travel to each bank location on a regular basis to develop relationships, provide leadership, and guidance to location staff. Undertake special projects relating to departmental or organizational services. Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills that model the values of integrity, flexibility, helpfulness, proficiency and commitment.
