This position exists to ensure the highest level of product quality for the assigned shift, which includes following all company product quality compliance requirements. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performing QMS checks on production floor and completing required paperwork. Update and maintain raw and finish specifications. Interpret data and evaluate trends. Drive First Time Quality (FTQ) and other quality initiatives. Assist and performs PPSR's. Maintain Hold and Incident databases. Update SOP's, QMS etc. Lead special projects as assigned. Provide quality training to other employees as needed. Enter results into company databases. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices. Supports the NCE (Nestl Continuous Excellence) process, TPM and the North America Blueprint for Success.
