Robert Half is hiring a Supply Management Planner for John Deere Dubuque Works! We are looking for someone who thrives in a team oriented environment, as you will work closely with people from different job functions via email and phone. You'll work with focus to achieve performance metrics such as FILL, On-Time Delivery, FLASH & Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.

This position will be working a start time between 6am and 8am with no planned overtime at this time.

Supply Management Duties Include:

-Focusing on achieving metrics to include: FILL, On Time Delivery, FLASH and Backorder Cycle Time, and Delinquencies.

-Scheduling and expediting the delivery of purchased materials to support the production plan.

-Working cross functionally within the organization

-Drives continuous improvement in terms of performance with the supply base.

-Resolves shipping and receiving issues to ensure prompt and accurate payment to suppliers.

Requirements

What experience we are looking for:

-Demonstrated communication skills, particularly while working with people from different job functions

-Proven attention to detail

-Ability to multitask and manage priorities

-Experience with materials planning or buying is ideal

-SAP paired with Excel skills
