Responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for Analytics/Machine Learning capabilities for Identity & Access Management domain, and has accountability for delivery process management for the IAM Analytics capability.
For product strategy responsibilities: consults with management on the marketing implications of various policies and activities; establishes "fit for use" and adoption strategy based on assessment of competitive environment and related capabilities; develops new products/services to meet identified customer needs; establishes communication programs for new products or enhancements; identifies distribution channels and coordinates product introduction and promotion efforts to ensure maximum adoption; integrates efforts of product management, other organization units and vendors in development, implementation and maintenance while ensuring products adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies.
For product owner responsibilities: Accountable to articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for updating/upgrading technologies/ vendor relationships for IAM Analytics. Works with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value and IAM Strategic Objectives. Drives requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities. Adjusts planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks. Inspects pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met. Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents. Develops/ monitors key performance indicators, identifies improvement opportunities, and ensures all regulatory and policy compliance.
10+ years of technology experience
5+ years of Agile experience
5+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
3+ years of design, implementation and governance experience with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning architecture
Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Experience in product management, business analysis, marketing, operations and/or strategic/consulting in a consumer oriented, technology dependent environment, in financial services or related industries
Other Desired Qualifications
Existing knowledge/experience with Analytics/Machine Learning capabilities and solutions for/within the Identity & Access Management domain.
General familiarity with Identity & Access Management practices and controls in large enterprise environments
Expert level knowledge/capability in business requirements analysis
3+ years of DevOps product delivery experience including knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery methodologies
Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge and/or leadership experience for two or more Identity & Access Management capabilities (Provisioning, Identity Data Management, Access Review/Certification, Access Request/Approval, Authentication, Multi-factor Authentication, Federation, Authorization, IAM Analytics)
Existing experience with/knowledge of IAM controls/capabilities within the Financial Services industry
Proven (with metrics/KPIs) experience with accelerating IT solution delivery (SDLC) processes in a 'matrix' management (not having end to end management responsibility) environment.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
