Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our dedicated team. The Service Technician will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of water pump systems for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of water pump systems in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks and projects.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
Document service activities accurately, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for system improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
Proven experience in servicing water pump systems or related mechanical equipment with solid mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Commitment to safety practices and adherence to protocols and regulations.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The service technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot,
repair and maintain customer's equipment.
Essential Functions
Perform highly diversified duties to install and repair fluid handling products.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of pumping equipment during production and performs
scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic.
Read and interpret pump manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on pumps and equipment.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing
duties.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
