Our Multicloud customer team seeks an energetic, service-oriented, and curious Senior Multicloud Technical Program Manager to join our organization. The role is customer-facing and hands-on, aiming to adopt and create new processes. This highly visible role will coordinate directly with external customers, cloud service providers, and multiple internal Oracle teams. As an early member of the company’s centralized squad, you would have the opportunity to make foundational impacts as you contribute to scaling the company's function.

As an early member of the company’s centralized squad, you would have the opportunity to make foundational impacts as you contribute to scaling the company's function. Though your primary focus will be on our cloud partnerships, you will likely also be able to drive other programs that span the broader organization and the company. Soft skills are paramount, as our team is at the forefront of driving many company-wide top-priority initiatives that require successful buy-in, balanced approaches, and execution in rapidly scaling environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10+ years of C-level customer technical program partnership management experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

You will assist in implementing scalable solutions that help us plan and manage multiple partnerships to meet our objectives. You will contribute to developing the program management functions and sharing successful practices, frameworks, tools, and lessons learned. You will identify connections and reconcile possible collisions between different offerings and platforms. You will ensure transparency, alignment, and communication of overall program status across the portfolio to critical external and internal stakeholders.

Manage the development and implementation process of specific programs involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing services. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budgets. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities, ensuring the program's completion on schedule.

  • Lead challenging, innovative, and productive conversations to solve critical challenges in both strategic and tactical circumstances.

  • Act as a global change agent, coach others to solicit buy-in, and promote new scalable solutions to improve execution processes across our partnerships.

  • Educate cross-functional peers about their discipline and advocate for its return on value.

  • Actively share expertise and knowledge with others to elevate colleagues, teams, and our community of practice.

  • Manage large partnership programs, remove obstacles, and deliver strategic results across global customers.

  • Utilize software methodologies to keep projects organized and track metrics and progress reports.

  • Create strategies, timelines, and budgets while leading and coordinating project resources.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $104,000 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
