This enables us to effectively serve the needs of our members and help them succeed.Position Purpose:Measure, monitor and report on credit and collateral risk within the Bank's assets and hedging activities. Other duties include monitoring and reporting on compliance with credit policies, procedures and regulations.Responsibilities/Duties/Function/Tasks:Develop and perform credit and collateral risk measuring analytics and reporting.Determine data requirements and implement enhancements as needed to accurately and efficiently support risk analysis, reports, and End User Computing (EUC) tools.Prepares regulatory and committee reports on credit- and collateral-related risk.Assist in research and analysis of credit risk associated with Bank assets, new products, and initiatives.Validate data integrity and reasonableness of member provided collateral data.Perform departmental internal controls to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of BA or BS degree. Advanced degree or certification, including CFA or FRM preferred.Three to five years of experience in banking or financial services, or a data management, analytics, and reporting role.Strong business analysis skills, including financial modeling, statistical analysis, data governance and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, relational databases, data management tools, and database query writing. SQL experience preferred; QlikSense and SharePoint experience a plus.Strong written and visual presentation skills.Physical requirements:The physical demands described here are generally representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
