ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Global Product Manager, you will oversee the portfolio management of one of our industry leading products – this will include leading strategic planning activities, opportunity assessment, setting business strategy and tactical execution plans and ensuring the products meets financial and regional growth globally. Majority of the focus is on downstream product management with some upstream marketing activities. Join our team and be part of building something truly remarkable.
Partner with internal cross functional teams, stakeholders and sales leadership to develop and execute sales force strategies and tactics
Maintain successful customer relationships with key customers to ensure implemented product features add value as expected to end users
Develop marketing product training materials and deliver sales force training for product launches
Develop key marketing messages and promotional materials based on regional strategies
Develop a strategic relationship with US and international sales and business leaders to drive US and future international sales
Collaborate with Clinical team and Medical Director on clinical marketing strategies via execution of clinical studies and publications
Partner with sales organization to establish key metrics and leading indicators of performance, report routinely on indicators to key stakeholder
Partner with key stakeholders and KOLs and continue the development of product strategies that drive business growth
Partner with finance and other key stakeholders to develop detailed business cases and forecasting with long term strategic and financial rationale
Understand, track and interpret market share, pricing, and competitive dynamics globally.
Assist program leadership team with key business development initiatives for partnership and business expansion

T o be successful, you will need:
3+ years in product marketing, product management and or development or related field
Experience in respiratory device segment preferred
Experience in the medical device industry
Proven success taking products from conception to implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related discipline; BS in engineering is preferred; MBA preferred
