Pricing Manager

Responsible for the management, administration and realization of financial results related to pricing activities with our customers. Oversee all continuous value creation within the Revenue Management System. Execute business valuations and price escalation schedules as mandated by Senior Executive staff. Report out on progress, roadblocks, and performance to goals at least monthly. Work with Sales, Operations, and the Solution Engineering team to establish pricing for all new opportunities while ensuring these prices are accurate and aligned to the company's strategic objectives.


  • Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising, rewarding, developing, and succession planning. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

  • Lead all new business and business renewal pricing action using our established pricing models.

  • Lead all annual price increase activities to ensure we are maximizing our revenue streams and maintaining/increasing profitability.

  • Assist the engineering team in establishing KPI's for new business to track our performance to our original pricing and design model.

  • Ensure all administrative documents are kept updated for Executive review.

  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Course(s) of study: Business, Logistics, Transportation, Accounting, Finance.

  • 3-5 years’ experience;

Type of experience: Direct experience utilizing cost models is required or significant experience in a highly analytical role.

  • Knowledge of supply chain pricing is very important. Very good working knowledge of MS Office products. Requires strong analytical and computer skills. Must have good interpersonal and relationship management skills and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork in accomplishing goals and objectives.

  • Needs demonstrated expertise in effectively supervising, leading and directing staff; ability to interact, communicate, and motivate with all levels of employees and management through excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have proven innovation and problem-solving skills. Needs ability to set priorities and accomplish tasks.
