What you will do: Assist the Digital Adoption Field Manager in creating and maintaining relationships with internal business stakeholders who currently interact with Echelon platform features and capabilitiesOutreach to engage new business stakeholders with the Echelon platformCoordinate with the Digital Adoption team to promote and support adoption of Echelon and digital agronomy productsProvide feedback to internal digital agronomy product development teams and external Echelon (Agrian) Product Management regarding business needs and prioritiesWork closely with external Echelon integration partners (e.g. JD, Raven, Climate etc.) to manage and align business strategies and implementation practicesCreate and assist marketing team with development of materials, resources, and media to promote understanding and value of Echelon servicesManage content on Echelonag.com websiteWork with business stakeholders to ensure the value of precision ag services are accurately captured and measured by providing pricing, administrative and product positioning guidanceWork with Field Adoption team to develop content to support digital agronomic training and communication materials of an agronomic naturePresent and speak at various internal meetings as necessary to support and promote Echelon adoption3What you will bring: BS in Agronomy, Soils, Ag Business or other ag-related degree required; Master's degree preferred; relevant experience in lieu of education may be considered5+ years relevant work experience required10+ years of agronomic experience, other related project work experience, and demonstrated high-level understanding of the agricultural industry strongly preferredBackground in change management or technology adoptionProven knowledge and understanding of standard precision ag practices, technology and supporting agronomic principlesExperience in marketing and positioning precision ag services for maximum value capture for a crop input retail businessUnderstanding and knowledge of various roles at a retail branch level and how they interact with precision ag technologyAbility to travel 50-60% within
