What You'll Do

The Human Resources Coordinator serves as a business partner and HR generalist to our service team members and leaders. HR team members promote LSI as an employer of choice to increase employee recruitment, satisfaction and retention. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, unemployment claim processing and applicant tracking system management. The position ensures consistency and compliance with LSI, state, federal, and accreditation policies, procedures, and regulations.

What You'll Need

Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in a human resources, business or related field, a minimum of two years direct, hands-on human resource experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Advanced experience with employee relations and PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
