Meet Our Team:

The Intelligent Automation team articulates the horizontal perspective of one of Pega’s three primary engagement strategies and offerings. The team engages each and all functions of the business to clarify and align the specific expectations or deliverables needed to win big. This includes market and buyer insights, value propositions, product roadmap investments, marketing mix and allocations, sales and go-to-market coverage, delivery, and ecosystem efforts.

It is crucial that Pega Solution Consultants can have credible, compelling, and persuasive conversations with IT decision makers. As Director of GTM Effectiveness Intelligent Automation, you will be responsible for program alignment with overall Intelligent Automation GTM global strategy and successful execution of that strategy. You will be responsible for understanding the end to end business systems that impact a client’s interaction with Pega and how those events impact future Intelligent Automation sales opportunities. You will provide relevant insights from these business systems to create awareness, strategy, and increased effectiveness to the go to market organization. You will also focus specifically on working with the solution consulting organization leadership to develop insightful and actionable plans, oversee day to day process execution, and implement new strategies, processes & technologies with the goal of improving engagement between Pega Solution Consultants and client IT decision makers. This includes improvement in areas such as product demonstrations, roadmap delivery and solution prototyping. In addition, you will collaborate with the leaders of many cross functional teams to drive strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the company. You will be responsible for driving the GTM organization to be able to scale successfully and allocate the right resources to the right areas. You will be responsible for identifying the key metrics to measure success and working with other team members to ensure data is used to drive decisions and measure success. You will challenge the status quo and drive consistent excellence, new strategies, and team execution. As new issues or improvements are discovered, you will be responsible for understanding the impact and re-alignment of priorities as needed.

What You'll Do at Pega:

You will lead a high impact team and work directly with the leaders of the GTM organization and the Global Sales Operations org to develop and deliver solutions in GTM Strategy and Operations. You will:

  • Be responsible for aligning Intelligent Automation GTM strategy and deliverables to the global solution consulting (technical pre-sales) community as well as third party partners

  • Be responsible for driving improvement in how Pega pre-sales technical professionals engage with IT decisions makers in areas such as product demonstrations and explaining Pega’s multi-roadmap / technology vision.

  • Be responsible for understanding the business systems that impact Intelligent Automation clients from presales through to maintenance and support

  • Be responsible for highlighting client activities and other activities that occur throughout a client lifecycle that can provide awareness and insights to the GTM organization and community

  • Work closely and establish trust-based relationships with both front-line colleagues and senior executives with Pega, clients, and partners

  • Work closely with the partner organization to ensure that partners are an integral part of the go to market strategy and execution

  • Provide thought leadership for strategy/models, effectiveness and operational processes for both the leadership team and Global GTM operations leadership resulting in outstanding effectiveness and efficiency

Who You Are:

An intelligent, motivated, collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and progressive experience in strategy, analytics, B2B SaaS, and GTM Operations. You will also have had people management and program management experience.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred

  • Prior experience in Strategy or GTM Operations functions

  • Prior experience working at an enterprise SaaS business

  • Prior experience working in large enterprises responsible for operations

  • Prior experience working in large enterprises responsible for providing business technology solutions to drive customer satisfaction and increased operational efficiency

  • Prior experience leading focused, high performance teams

  • Master collaborator, ability to influence and build teamwork

  • Ability to successfully complete change management initiatives demonstrated through experience

  • Strong organizational and resource management skills and experience

  • Strong presentation skills and experience

  • Experience using analytics and data management in an Enterprise team environment, and in B2B environment
