Digital Partner Operations Expert
This role is both internal and partner service-oriented, focusing on building and strengthening Acxiom’s digital partner capabilities within the Digital Premium Service delivery team. This role will require a blend of familiarity with the digital partner ecosystem, measurement knowledge, digital campaign delivery expertise and 1st and 3rd party data management and onboarding. This role will be the cross-functional primary contact from Digital Premium Services delivery for partner relations and operational capabilities with other teams including but not limited to Campaign Measurement & Analytics, Product & Engineering, Data & Partner Management Team, Digital Operations, LiveRamp and our digital Partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivate and develop relationships with partner key points of contact for 1P and 3P onboarding/targeting, measurement, analytics, and related services use cases
Work with and through Partner Managers at Acxiom to establish key points of contact
Work with Partner Managers at LiveRamp when necessary
Work with Partner Managers, P&E, Digital Campaign Ops and Analytics leads to define brand use cases and requirements for partner capabilities by partner (file layouts, workflows, etc.)
Determine ranking system and prioritize partner capabilities by partner based upon client/organization demand
Define and document requirements, workflows, and other key information for partner use cases (run books, flow diagrams, etc.)
Drive standardization across workflows and partner capabilities where possible
Own and/or set up methodology, process flows and implement best practices
Subject Matter Expertise/Guidance
Make documentation available and knowledge share with delivery/operations organization and other stakeholders on partner capabilities
Gather, assimilate, and make available documentation of partner capabilities
Consultation on partner strategy and matching use cases with partners
Subject matter expert on process, distribution nuances, flows, etc
Serve as an expert on match rates—averages, how derived, etc
Understand rules of engagement with measurement/analytics use cases
Key point of contact from delivery org to communicate changes in process
Changes, Issues & Escalations
Issue resolution/escalation related to critical issues with partner capabilities
Serve as a point of contact to coordinate and brainstorm on resolution for partner specific issues/changes
Disseminate info related to changes/issues
This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.
5 years of experience in digital, sales, measurement, or related field.
Previous experience in a consultative role with a strong understanding of the digital marketing space.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and building strong relationships across internal teams.
Effective management of issues and escalations both internally and externally.
Client relationship management experience.
Strong sense of urgency/responsiveness.
Ability to understand and absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
Proactive communicator and effective influencer with excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
Thorough understanding of measurement and analytics
In depth understanding of partners and capabilities
