What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Complete equipment installations and assist in the training of machine placements where needed.

  • Assist in the implementation of software, connectivity and customer workflow functions.

  • Analyze existing customer infrastructure and plan a deployment strategy to ensure smooth, quality implementation of pre-determined solutions and products.

  • Analyze and document customer installations, submit appropriate documents to Paperwork and Admin teams when necessary.

  • Ensure skill set is consistent with new technologies and markets by continually training and updating skills on new products or services presented by the company.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction on sold projects, identify sales expansion opportunities and refer them to appropriate internal business channel.

  • Troubleshoot deployed solutions with the installed customer base.

  • Maintain on-going customer relationships at appropriate levels to guarantee customer loyalty and ensure additional business.

  • Provide feedback from customer to appropriate internal personnel staff.

  • Maintains an environment that encourages professional development and provides opportunities for career growth based on performance.

  • Maintains positive and professional attitude and encourages cooperation between sales, service, and administration.

  • Active in all aspects of customer service providing timely resolution to customer issues.

  • Flexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years related experience or equivalent combination.

  • Demonstrate experience with standard software and hardware solutions provided by the company.

  • Possess excellent communications skills both in verbal and written form.

  • Must have a strong dedication to customer service.

  • Ability to regularly lift 30-50 pounds and willingness to travel 50-70% within IA, IL, and NE.

  • Connectivity ability/experience a plus.
