Cornerstone onDemand Customer Demand Generation Manager (United States - REMOTE) in Des Moines, Iowa
Cornerstone is looking for a creative, results-driven, Customer Marketing Manager to provide support to the Field Marketing organization, specially focused on growth within our existing customer base. In this role, you will serve as one of the primary liaisons between the Account managers in the field and our various marketing departments.
This role will create regional awareness and help build cross-sell pipeline within our customer base using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics, including, but not limited to ABM, product awareness and solution-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience working with sales, superb relationship-building skills, and the ability to function within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
In this role you will:
Have a customer experience mindset
Support the field Account managers and communicate marketing programs
Collaborate with members of the field marketing team to design and execute regional programs that help build cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor, track, and share program success metrics.
Work closely with the extended marketing team including Programs, Brand, Events, and Digital to integrate with regional programs where appropriate.
Lead construction of incomplete database files for target segments and accounts
Collaborate with the Marketing Ops team on how to improve contact database intelligence
Partner with sales and business development reps to understand their needs to self-source opportunities
You’ve got what it takes if…
5+ years of field marketing experience, preferably with a B2B software company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels of management, conceptually and tactically.
Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment
Creative mind that thrives on ways to inspire and engage customers
Strong problem-solving skills with demonstration of a metrics-driven, analytical approach
Strong market research skills
Exposure to digital and social marketing campaign techniques
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience utilizing b2b lead management Martech stack
