We are seeking motivated candidates that enjoy working in a team environment on challenging projects to join our Des Moines office.We are seeking a Civil Engineer (2+ years' experience) holding a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. If you are selected, your responsibilities will include technical analysis, design, preparation of construction documents, reports, and cost estimates for water resources, infrastructure, and environmental projects. Your task focus will be on water resources analysis and design, site design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, ArcGIS mapping, grading and drainage, and culvert and pipe network analysis and design. Some field work and travel may be required. Proficiency with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and drainage software is required. You will have the opportunity to working on a wide range of water resources and civil engineering design tasks and develop your career towards more technical and/or managerial responsibilities.RequirementsBackground requirements include:Bachelor of Science degree in Civil EngineeringMaster of Science degree in Water Resources Engineering is a plus2+ years of relevant experiencePE license is preferred but not mandatory; Or At least ability to obtain P.E.
