Kelly Services Call Center Customer Service Representative in Des Moines, Iowa
Kelly Services is currently seeking several Call Center Customer Care Representatives for one of our top Healthcare Insurance clients at their company location in Des Moines, IA.
The position requires working from home due to COVID-19 with the ability to report to the job site in Des Moines, IA when needed. Seeking individuals who are self-starters and can work independently with minimal direct supervision.
The Call Center Customer Care Representative responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
Pay Rate: $15.25/hr
Working Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8 shift between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday = 40 hours per week
Duration: 3 + Month Contract Job
Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database.
Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. Provides external and internal customers with requested information.
Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature.
Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
Requires limited knowledge of company services, products, insurance benefits, provider contracts and claims.
Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
Required to meet department goals.
High school diploma or general education degree/GED required.
Must have at least 1 year of Call Center or Customer Service experience.
Good communication and research skills.
Computer skills with the ability to work on dual monitors.
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
