The Cross-App Marketing Strategy & Planning team is a lean, horizontal team focused on driving strategy, planning, engagement, and accountability across the Brand and Product Marketing organization. This person is responsible for key strategies to help the organization maximize business and consumer value. The work spans across marketing, brand strategy, portfolio investment strategy across the app, and organizational operations. This person partners closely with marketing leadership to ensure that cross-app priorities (and strategic priorities from the CMO) are prioritized, translated into concrete and integrated plans across the portfolio of brands, and that the organization can successfully operationalize resources to deliver.
Collaborate with partner organizations including cross-functional teams on cross-organizational projects and alignment opportunities (this includes helping structure and drive best practice sharing and implications across marketing functional disciplines, for example, how we’re handling goaling and measurement across apps).
Drive Strategic Planning and Goal Setting through strategic planning, including prioritization and annual plans. Build investment cases to land annual plan and resource asks, including driving trade-off discussions. Define and track organization-level goals and OKRs, and manage intra-quarter pivots. Masterfully communicate up/down/across org to ensure transparency and alignment.
Drive internal team communications across HPMs (monthly updates), All Hands, Summit, Content Calendars of Activations, and Industry Insights.
5+ years of experience at either a premier management consulting firm or corporate/ business strategy teams
Proven experience driving horizontal initiatives
Structured data analytics and problem-solving capabilities
Experience learning about new topics and synthesize information effectively
Experience building consensus among cross-functional and global teams
MBA degree preferred
Knowledge about Tech industry
