This posting if for Reflex Fitness. Reflex continues to operate their plant in Davenport, IA as a Rogue Fitness Subsidiary.

As the Maintenance Technician you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, and maintain Reflex facility.

Until further notice:

  • Minimum wage $29/hr*

  • Additional 10% premium for 2nd Shift and additional 5% premium for 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining facility and equipment in a safe and operational state of readiness at all times, in order to meet daily production requirements

  • Identify, report, and correct any maintenance problems immediately in areas such as electricity, steam, water, hoses, and hydraulics

  • Maintain maintenance equipment, department and tools in a safe and sanitary condition, in addition to, ensuring all equipment serviced is left in a sanitary and safe condition with all guards and safety devices in a place and properly fastened

Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in superior safety and quality practices

  • 3 – 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience

  • Experience working around hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems

  • General knowledge of hand tools and use of tools

  • OSHA CFR knowledge preferred, not required

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet
